Annual dues, as approved by majority vote at the 2024 AGM, are currently set at $200 per year, per lot and are invoiced in March for the current calendar year (January to December)
The AGM is typically held at the Lake, typically around the Labour Day weekend, in May. The purpose of the meeting is to review progress during the past year, elect board members, act upon any measures to be voted on, and present the operating budget for the current calendar year. It is vital to your interest as a property owner and to the welfare of the Koocanusa Village Community that you attend the Annual Meeting.
At present, there are no dumpsters in the village that are available to the public. Residents are still required to haul their own garbage to either the transfer station to the south of the village or the bins provided during the summer months to the north at the corner of Kikomun Newgate Road.
