- Call the meeting order at 7:04pm

- Review current budget status – Reviewed - Status is good.
- Review latest financial – Reviewed – Status is good.
- Review current income stats – Reviewed – Status is good.
- Auto reminders every two months will be sent to those outstanding – late penalty applied after third reminder. Carl will follow up. Collection can occur at time of close for those properties that are sold.

- Fireworks will be banned if there is a fire ban
- Playground ribbon cutting will be organized in a safe manner
- No formal agenda, so no formal land acknowledgement
- Funds raised from dunk-tank will be used for a new bench

- AGM for 771 on September long weekend
- Select 2 to 3 items to make a decision
- Survey Monkey on which two spaces to develop
- Re-word the proposals/keep it simple
- The land use change proposal
- High level version, modified and looking for 771 support
- Propose a staged approach, basic land use proposal
- One or two spaces - start simple at the lake for year one
- Show the community that we can get behind and completed
- Landowners have to approve the use of the land with the KVCA development funds
- BoD will write up the resolutions
- In favour of KV Properties to develop a community gathering area - yes or no
- Options for the development to follow
- Lake front and small areas that can be built on to get developed

- Review of activities
- Concerns over Parade complaints from last year
- Police involvement regarding OHV on roads and minor operators
- Email update prior to the parade. Advise that no motorized vehicles should not be operated on the roads by underage persons during the parade. With the next email – to sent to Bruce to provide to Canada Day committee
- Roy will check if there are any legalities regarding parade.

- Update - weed control - purchase a sprayer

- Street Sweeping
- Update - 2/3rd of the roads have been swept and some sections in the middle that have not been swept.
- Alan has been doing this on his own schedule.
- An ongoing issue - proposal to buy a sweeper or vac sweeper
- Colin will take the lead on information gathering
- Put in the road maintenance budget
- Colin will discuss with Dean
- 771 Request to meet regarding next year's winter road clearing plan
- Possibly to do with clearing the side roads
- Confirm our stance on this - KVCA - we only clear paved roads, not side roads for property access

- Use a potential survey to get group consensus - Gravel surfaces are not easy to clear.
