- Call the meeting order at 7:13pm

- Sunday May 18th at 9:00 am – Area Clean Up 10:30 am – Lunch Noon
- Action: Bruce to speak with Rachel about requesting using their electrical to meeting can be held in green space next to R&D’s house – Big Tent will be set up

- Budget amendments approved and will be presented based on land usage approvals with the 771 Strata – meeting scheduled for April 29th.
- Send out Audited KVCA Financial Report to KVCA members when AGM meeting invite is emailed.
- Financials and Accounting
- Notes from meeting:
- Received government grant monies - $2275.00. Money cannot be spent on food or beverage.
- Reviewed both budgets (Budget Amendment Planning & 2025 Budget). Suggestion to have a line item (BOD discretionary) within the budget to provide funding for unscheduled items that upon board approval can be allocated to required areas. Unanimously approved.
- Previous Meeting Actions
- As of meeting day, 100 members not paid next year’s membership fee
- ACTION - Carl will send reminder email stating that only fully paid members are allowed to vote at the AGM.

- Common Areas Development
- GSDC – High level discussion review of GSDC Town Hall held April 22.
- Biggest concern was noise from sports court from people living close to area
- Other Business or Projects
- Two items approved to further investigate – Weed Control and Street Weed Control
- Weed Control – Action: Rick to speak with Alan Agate to see if KVCA can tag onto weed control that KV properties may already be doing and find out about spraying costs. Also, to see if Alan has any suggestions on what product is the best/safest to use. Is a licensee/permit needed to spray?
- Street Sweeping
- Action: Rick to speak with Alan if KVCA can pay Alan to street sweep and get rid of the debris?
- Garbage Removal
- No action at this time.
- Darryl Binnion has asked for funding to celebrate the opening of the KV playground. Action: Bruce to follow through to get more information
- Communication
- Next communication will be information about the AGM
