- Call the meeting to order at 8:02pm
- Review and adopt minutes from previous meeting.

- AGM Review
- Budget review and fee increase invoicing
- Invoices well be sent beginning of July 2024 will include the fee increase retroactive to January 2024. Will be sent via Odoo.
- Confirm Stars Landing Site – KVCA landing site at marina parking lot still registered and active
- Purchase of another AED – Provide formal pricing, order and hand off AED to Safety group. Action Colleen to speak with Fire and Safety Team and purchase.
- Fire Truck Sale – Ray Fountain offered to purchase fire truck as long as nothing bolted down is removed.
- Cargo/water trailer purchase – we have budget to proceed with purchasing. Look into getting surge brakes for large water trailer.
- Consolidation Discussion – Letter sent to 771 waiting for reply. Use the same framework to create letter and send to Strata 832.
- Distribute an AGM summary to KVCA to communicate the motion passed to increase annual community fees and if anyone is wanting more detail to refer the AGM mtg min on KVCA website. Action: Bruce
- BBQ and Cleanup activity review
- Positive feedback. Many bags of garbage taken to the dump
- Welcome Letter update: Carl
- Created and will be distributed to new lot/home owners
- Odoo Subscription: Carl
- What is all included? Lots such as: mass email, survey, accounting
- How many seats do we need? Currently have 2. Cost is $30.00 seat/month
- Street sweeping shared cost proposal
- Bruce sent note to strata’s to share cost in street sweeping asking if interested in sharing costs. Waiting to hear response.
- Snow removal survey results
- Garbage services
- Update and next steps on consolidation of common spaces: Reg & Colin
- Document drafted and sent to Steve @ Strata771 waiting for reply. Will use the same framework for 832
- Canada Day celebration - Binnion's offered to organize
- Budget
- Should an outdoor toilet (or two) be rented. Colin to ask about using 2 porta potties KVCA already owns. Currently stored up on the hill.
- Survey for number of people attending the BBQ – Mass Odoo email to be sent. Survey monkey to be created – Action: Kelly
- Fireworks – Request from Strata 771 not to light fireworks on 771 land. Confirmed fireworks will be ignited from Crown land and community members can view from strata land.
- FireSmart presentation give by Rachael?
